the planner changes it, the decision cost is recalculated and compared.
For optimization, we use metaheuristic algorithms. The objective
function comprises the costs of decisions made during the scheduling process.
These costs can be adjusted for every decisive
criteria separately and are easily set in the scheduler interface. This allows
us to adapt BiModal Scheduler to various production challenges.
Since the result is based on the total cost
of the decisions, it is easy to compare different approaches. The lower the
